Whoopi Goldberg on “The View” should have stuck to her acting and left the political commentary to someone with more sense.
“Play a scene from 'Sister Act,'” Jaco Buens says to Sara Gonzalez. “That was her high point, but it went downhill from there.”
But Sarah thinks Goldberg's recent remarks about Trump are worth watching (even if just for a laugh).
On a recent episode of “The View,” in which Jaco says “Democrats wrote it,” Goldberg talks about what Donald Trump — the “dictator” — will inevitably do if he wins the 2024 election. Deaf went on an embarrassing rant about all sorts of horrible things. .
“People's faith in this country is waning, and that's what makes me angry,” she began, before ignorantly adding that Joe Biden was “running for democracy.” That is “really at stake,” he added.
But “if another man were to become president,” she continued, people would have to worry about being put in “some camp.”
“That's his promise to us. He's going to force people to do his bidding. That's what he said. 'You're good on the first day, but after that you're a different person.'
Of course, her words are ridiculous because President Trump has never said something so ridiculous.
But Mr. Goldberg wasn't done yet. She also said some things about our immigration issues.
Illegal immigrants come here because they live in a place that is not good for their families. Fight for us… don't fight to keep everyone out, and we'll all have to leave,” she bellowed.
Let me be clear: Biden is pro-democracy, Trump is going to put people he doesn't like into camps, and if he doesn't support open borders, we'll all be forced to leave America. .
“She's talking about bringing people together in camps,” Sarah laughs. “Your man is the man who weaponized the FBI and the entire Department of Justice against half the country. There's the FBI… pointing guns at families for being pro-life… waving the American flag in the nation's capital.” , imprisoning people who walked away nonviolently for decades.”
