Exclusive Photos — Marjorie Taylor Greene Campaigns in -2° Iowa Weather for Trump

Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-Ga.) said frigid temperatures, wind and snow won't keep her from campaigning in Iowa to motivate Republicans to caucus with former President Donald Trump. No, she exclusively told Breitbart News in a phone interview Monday afternoon.

Greene's campaign stop in Fort Dodge will feature a rally with hundreds of Trump supporters eager to get out the vote. “The important thing is to mobilize people today,” she said. “We're going to inspire people to come caucus for Mr. Trump.”

Trump, who received a massive positive poll on Sunday, is leading the Republican primary by historic numbers.even new york times “The polls have turned up almost nothing but good news for the former president,” he acknowledged. But by 1 p.m., conditions were frigid at -2 degrees Celsius, and Greene warned voters not to take Trump's victory for granted.

“It's been documented all over the news and on social media that President Trump has such a huge lead in the polls, but unless people turn out for President Trump's caucuses tonight, the polls mean nothing. No,” Green said. “And that's what we're doing.”

Greene said President Trump's ground campaign in the state is nearly unstoppable. The party boasts 52,000 caucus participants and well over 2,000 caucus leaders, numbers coveted by any presidential candidate.

“I’m really excited because today is today,” she said. “We've been waiting three years. And we're finally here. And I think today is one of the most exciting days. That's why we have to win tonight.”

The Iowa caucuses begin at 7pm central time. Depending on the size of your caucus, results may be available within an hour, but for large caucuses, results may take several hours.
