Pro wrestling icon Hulk Hogan witnessed a car accident and rescued a teenage driver from the accident. Report from TMZ.
According to reports, Hogan, whose real name is Terry Jean Bollea, was driving on a highway in Clearwater, Florida, with his wife, Sky Daily, and a friend when they witnessed the accident.
The former wrestler and his friend deployed the airbag, unbuckled her seatbelt and helped the 17-year-old out of the car.
TMZ obtained photos of the accident scene, which show the teenager's car completely upside down. Hogan and his wife can also be seen watching as paramedics arrive.
Hogan's wife confirmed the report by posting a description of the incident on social media.
“Last night, after finishing dinner in Tampa, I saw a car roll over in front of me. My husband, Hulk Hogan, and my good friend, Jakersk, took immediate action and put a hole in the girl's airbag. I really admire you for opening the car and getting the girl out so quickly.'' Daley wrote.
“Apparently she was unharmed, just rattled. This is truly a miracle!” she added.
According to a report from TMZ, officials said a car veered onto the off-ramp, causing the driver to miss his foot and get pinned by another car. The car flipped over and ended up upside down.
Hogan recently went viral after posting a video of himself and his wife being baptized at Indian Rocks Baptist Church in Largo, Florida in December.
“This is the best day of my life when I completely surrendered and dedicated myself to Jesus. No worries, no hate, no judgment,” he wrote, “just love!”
He previously said he accepted Jesus Christ as his Savior when he was 14 years old.
