The Los Angeles Police Department recently requested permission from the federal government to give guns to illegal aliens who will be given police powers to detain and arrest American citizens.
The state already passed a law in 2022 that would give authorities the authority to allow noncitizens to work under President Barack Obama's Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) provisions, which defined their ability to become police officers. Never. However, the law did not allow them to bear arms, as they were not legal citizens and therefore ineligible to bear arms in civilian life.

Police aren't the only department Liberals want to arm illegals.
In December, far-left U.S. Sen. Dick Durbin of Illinois proposed that the federal government recruit illegal aliens into the U.S. military, teach them how to kill, and arm them.
Durbin argued that the border crisis debate is only “half of the immigration equation,” according to RealClearPolitics report.
“What bothers me about the current debate over the southern border is that the southern border is half of the immigration equation,” Durbin said on the Senate floor in early December, going on to say: He said:
Yes, there needs to be order on the border. Yes, we need changes to the law that reflect the reality that overwhelming numbers of people from all over the world are coming to our shores and borders. But there is also still an incredible demand for legal immigration to this country.
Durbin went on to talk about a bill introduced by Democratic Illinois Sen. Tammy Duckworth, saying, “If you are an illegal alien in this country and you can pass a medical exam, any required tests, background checks, etc., If you serve in our military and serve honorably, we will make you an American citizen.”
The senior Illinois senator went on to point out the lack of military recruitment under the Biden administration.
“Is that necessary?” Durbin asked.
Do you know how many recruits the Army, Navy, and Air Force have? They can't meet their monthly quotas. They cannot find enough personnel to join our military. And then there are the undocumented immigrants who want the opportunity to risk their lives and serve their country. Should we give them a chance?
“I think we should,” he insisted.
This is the same Mr. Durbin who called soldiers “Nazis” in a speech before the full Senate in 2005.
Durbin was later forced to apologize His comments come after he received intense backlash from him and his Democratic supporters.
