A 10-year-old boy from Maryland is lucky to be alive after being attacked in a shark tank at a resort in the Bahamas.

Officials said the attack occurred around 4 p.m. ET on Paradise Island while the boy was “participating in a Shark Tank expedition at a local resort.” Statement from the Royal Bahamas Police Force.
