Texans Praised for Ejecting Anti-Israel Hecklers During Gov. Abbott Speech

As Republican Texas Governor Greg Abbott calmly responds to the unrest by reminding people that Hamas is a terrorist organization, footage of a crowd of locals confronting pro-Palestinian hecklers by showing them the door has surfaced online. It went viral, and the Texan is being praised online.

At a campaign event at Lucas Christian Academy in Lucas, Texas, anti-Israel demonstrators interrupted Mr. Abbott, shouting derogatory remarks against the Jewish state.

In response to the anti-Israel rant, the crowd immediately booed the man, and police ushered him outside.

Mr. Abbott responded to the incursion by pointing out the fact that “Hamas is a terrorist organization,” a statement that drew cheers from the Texas crowd.

The issue comes as pro-Palestinian protesters continue to attack Israel in response to the October 7 massacre.
