Biden leads crowd in ‘Happy Birthday’ song for Buttigieg: ‘Pete turned 30 today’

President Biden sang “Happy Birthday” to Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg during a White House event Friday, continuing a tradition that came from first lady Jill Biden.
