Anti-Israel hackers reportedly showed graphic footage of Hamas massacres on movie screens in Tel Aviv, along with hateful messages calling Israelis “terrorist murderers.”
The hackers, believed to be of Turkish origin, broke into the advertising screens of the Lev Cinema chain in the metropolis, showing gory scenes and posting threatening messages in broken Hebrew. Y Net News reported.
“Stupid Jews, you are all terrorist murderers,” they wrote, according to the news agency.
The header at the top of the message read “MeshSec Turkish Hacktivist Crew.”
“You are cowards. You will be held responsible for the hundreds of innocent children who died in Gaza. We will not give you peace,” the hackers wrote.
“We will destroy you all. We will restrict your access to the internet and banking services. God is with us,” the message added.

The theater chain said the screen on which the slides were shown was immediately turned off and police were investigating.
“This is a small event, but it has grown disproportionately,” Lev CEO Guy Shani told Ynet.
“We have an external system that updates the screen and the trailer. The hackers got into this system and posted a message. And within minutes we got into the system and took it down. And the event was over. ” he said.
Pro-Palestinian hackers and Hamas supporters are targeting various servers in Israel.
Last month, the Israel Defense Forces' website was compromised by hackers who managed to broadcast messages in Arabic praising the terrorists responsible for the October 7 attack. i24 news reported.
