This week, an overwhelming majority of House Democrats voted against a bill that would ensure illegal alien drunk drivers are deported from the United States after conviction.
on wednesday, 150 House Democrats voted against Rep. Barry Moore’s (R-Ala.) Protecting Communities from Drunk Driving Act, which would have disqualified drunk driving from staying in the United States.
In effect, this law would allow Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents to quickly detain and deport illegal aliens convicted of drunk driving.
Just 59 House Democrats broke ranks with party leadership; joining Ultimately, 215 House Republicans will pass the bill.
“In my hometown of Enterprise, Alabama, there was a newlywed couple named Angel and Jeremy See. I knew them personally,” Moore said on the House floor. “Angel and Jeremy were riding their motorcycles together when an alcoholic illegal immigrant hit them with a pickup truck. Their lives were cut dramatically short.”
“Unfortunately, tragedies like this are not uncommon across our country,” Moore said.

In another poll this week, 155 House Democrats voted against a bill by Rep. Tom McClintock (R-Calif.) that would allow ICE agents to quickly deport illegal aliens convicted of Social Security fraud against American citizens. .
In addition to 217 House Republicans, only 55 House Democrats passed the bill.
Social Security fraud, where American citizens have their Social Security numbers stolen by illegal aliens and their personal information stolen, is very common.
A 2018 Immigration Reform Law Institute (IRLI) study found that over the past four years, there were 39 million incidents in which Americans may have had their identity stolen by illegal aliens.
