A San Francisco Bay Area elementary school is being trained by an organization called “Walk Kindergarten,” whose leaders want to see America and Israel destroyed as countries, according to social media posts. It is said that there is
According to its website, the organization is headed by “Achiea ki Gros (They/Them),” who is “an early abolitionist educator, cultural organizer, and creator who is currently leading the resistance with his pedagogy.” We are innovating ways to heal, release, and create. The Woke Kindergarten.”
“I believe that the United States has no right to exist. I believe that the colonizers who committed genocide against Native Americans have no right to exist.” Gross said in a recent Instagram post. “Demons. You are all villains. We have been trying to end you all. Be free from all of us.”
“I believe in a free Palestine from river to sea,” Gross continued.
Gross’ curriculum materials are used in many schools. Walk Kindergarten is described on its website as “supporting children, families, educators, and organizations dedicated to abolitionist early education and advocacy for Black, gay, and trans liberation.”
Gross reiterated his stance on the United States in another post in January.
“When I think about a world without state violence, I think about a world without American empire. I think about a world without Israel,” the education consultant said.
Walk Kindergarten leaders also called for the school to be abolished.
“I think about land going back to indigenous peoples all over the world. I think about the fact that we don’t need to participate in these systems because these systems don’t exist. That means that ultimately children no longer need to go to school because the world becomes their classroom,” Gross said.
“[Kids] Learn with us and they will learn from us. we will learn from them. We build a local care ecosystem where no one wants anything, ensuring everyone has what they need. Music could be heard everywhere. We turn everything into art. We could write more poems. Because we feel so much joy in ourselves that we need a place to move it, a place to land it. People will have power and their children will have even more power. ”
Gross also believes there are extraterrestrial life forms that are being suppressed.
“Solidarity with all oppressed beings. That’s what I wanted to say, how I felt and what I needed to say. Humans, non-human animals and extraterrestrials alike. . Universally. Infinitely. Always,” Gross tweeted.
Grassbrook Elementary School in Hayward, California, received $250,000 in federal funds from a program aimed at improving test scores in some of the nation’s lowest-performing schools, the paper said. San Francisco Chronicle. However, two years after Woke Kindergarten began, students’ grades have reportedly worsened.
Less than 12% of students in their grade can read and fewer than 4% are proficient in math, a decline of 4% in both subjects over the past two years, according to the Chronicle.
Hayward Unified School District Superintendent Jason Lyman told the Chronicle that the adoption of Walk Kindergarten had board approval and was apparently intended to increase attendance rather than test scores. Attendance has increased by almost 20%, he said.
“Supporting students to feel safe and fulfilled is part of academic achievement. We understand that it’s costing us more money than we wanted to spend,” he said. Said. “We are 100% in favor of abolishing the systems of oppression that oppress our students. I believe that we should choose providers based on the work they do and their effectiveness.”
Fox News Digital reached out to Reiman but did not receive a response in time for publication. Mr. Gross was also contacted for comment.
