Two JetBlue planes collided on the tarmac at Boston Logan International Airport, the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) confirmed Thursday morning.
According to the FAA, the collision occurred when one aircraft that was entering a de-icing pad collided with another aircraft in an adjacent de-icing pad lane. No injuries were reported, but both aircraft were grounded due to damage. Passengers on board 777 to Las Vegas and 551 to Orlando were affected and will continue to fly to their destinations on other aircraft following the incident.

This is not the only incident this year, with the FAA confirming it is investigating an incident in January at Chicago O’Hare International Airport in which two planes became wedged.
