Other celebrities attending the 2024 Super Bowl in Las Vegas also wanted Taylor Swift’s pieces.
On a new episode of Travis and Jason Kelce’s podcast, “New Heights,” the potentially retiring Eagles center talks about Swift and Kelce’s Sweets talking with Swift, Travis’ pop megastar girlfriend. He said it is full of celebrities who want to do it.
Travis, the Chiefs’ star tight end, said he hadn’t had a chance to see Usher’s halftime performance yet, and Jason explained why he hadn’t seen it either.
“So much happened in the suite. I could tell everyone wanted to see Taylor,” Jason said. “Shaq came into the suite. I think that was the first time I really understood some of the things she had to deal with. … There were a lot of star-studded people in there, It’s like everyone wants to come see her, but the suite is so big. To be honest, I was overwhelmed. I was so overwhelmed. I walked out of the suite and Keegan Michael… I was talking to Key and his wife and a bunch of people. It was pretty surreal watching a celebrity game. So I didn’t watch any of it either.”
“It’s the Super Bowl in Las Vegas, baby. The stars are out. You’re going to love it,” Travis replied.
Travis said that while Jason was overwhelmed, Swift was coming into her own.
“Taylor thrives in those situations,” Travis said. “She’s been in it countless times in her life.”
Swift, who flew in from Tokyo on Saturday after playing four shows on her Ellas tour in Tokyo, arrived at the stadium with Blake Lively and Ice Spice.
Actor Miles Teller was among the celebrities in Swift’s suite.
Swift enjoyed a postgame celebration with Kelce, the Chiefs and others in Las Vegas, but will not be in Kansas City for Wednesday’s Super Bowl parade because he had to fly to Melbourne, Australia, where he will resume his Elas tour on Friday.
