On FBN’s “Duggan & Duffy” on Wednesday, former House Speaker Kevin McCarthy (R-Calif.) warned that more than President Joe Biden’s health is important to the current leadership of the White House.
Mr. McCarthy said that although Mr. Biden has much left to hope for, a new “axis of evil” against the United States is forming, including Russia, China, Iran and North Korea.
“Look, the only way it’s not is that there’s something in health that we can’t see,” he explained. “But 99% would say it would be Donald Trump vs. Joe Biden. But this is different. This is reelection. This is a report card of what he said he would do. They are sitting in a world that he promised would make us safer, and even though they wanted to go and buy a new home, they couldn’t because of the interest rates and were stuck where they were. No, now there is a war. We see that five embassies need to be evacuated. We believe that based on his policies, Iran will become stronger and richer, and Israel will become stronger and richer. We’re looking at what’s going on with people being attacked.”
“We are watching a new axis of evil link up with North Korea, Iran, Russia, and China,” McCarthy continued. We haven’t seen anything like it since the 1930s. All this is under his watch. Energy prices are high. In other words, people are silently hoping for something different for this country. Look, America is a great country. Now is the time to start showing that we can be a great nation. So I want to say to you: now is the time for us to come together. If there are any differences within the Republican Party, let’s put them aside. No matter what happens, something is better than what is happening right now. If you’re an independent or a Democrat, this is your chance. You know, this country was stronger and more secure than it was four years ago. And this is an opportunity to put the country before yourself. ”
