The 35-year-old, who previously played for the Thunder, Rockets, Wizards and Lakers, appeared in every game for the Clippers this season, averaging 11.1 points, 5.2 rebounds and 4.5 assists in 23 minutes.

Although he was benched after the Nov. 1 trade for James Harden, he remained an important part of the Clippers’ lineup as they chased their first NBA title.

James Harden scored 21 of his 28 points in the second quarter to lead the Clippers to victory.

Kawhi Leonard scored 27 points and Paul George added 22 points in his return from missing two games with a knee injury.
