Jewish students from across the country testified at a Congressional hearing last week about the prevalence of anti-Semitism they face on college campuses.

The House Education Committee on Thursday invited students to testify about their experiences. Students described vicious anti-Semitic incidents occurring at Harvard University, Columbia University, the University of California, Berkeley, and several other universities.

“Dirty. Dirty Jewish monster. Colonist. Infant killer. These are the names given to us at Stanford University. Labels that strip us of our humanity, dignity, and identity. These are the names that were given to us at Stanford University one night. “These are the names that several people threw in my face when they surrounded me in November,” Kevin Feigelis of Stanford University told lawmakers.

“They called my people dirty Jews, disgusting monsters, and when they look at me, it makes me sick. I’ve only been to Israel once. I’m from the most diverse state in the country. I grew up in New Jersey. I was raised by a single mother in a broken home. I had to fight hard to get to where I am today. Why? “I don’t know anything about me other than the fact that I wear a kippah. I’m Jewish,” he continued.

He added, “This is the season for Jews to be allowed on our campuses.”

“The situation at Harvard is so bad that we really only had two options: One is to come here and we are doing so now. The other is to hold them accountable in court. “We filed a lawsuit, and I’m one of them,” said one of the six plaintiffs, who say that if Harvard doesn’t fix the terrible plague of anti-Semitism, the courts will.
