According to the Beverly Hills Police Department, officers were dispatched to the 9600 block of Sunset Boulevard. Just before midnight Sunday, there were reports of a two-vehicle collision.
Officers told Fox News Digital that an incident report is still being compiled and there is no information related to injuries or property damage at this time.
Immediately after the incident, X user @jackdidthatt posted that the car belonged to a friend and that a hotel attendant was driving it at the time of the accident, but later retracted his original post accusing the attendant of joking.

“This is true. The incident happened around 2am and I created this joke tweet along with the valet and hotel employees. We didn’t expect it to explode. We thought it would be funny to say it was the valet and not our friend.”His new Cybertruck crashed…BHH (Beverly Hills Hotel) is not to blame!” @jackdidthatt is the owner of a valet service company Tweeted with a screenshot of the message purportedly from.
Another user wrote, “I don’t think there’s any photo that feels more Hollywood than this one.”
