Super Tuesday wasn’t good for Nikki Haley.

Her poor performance has led to calls for her to withdraw from the primary.

Breitbart reported:

As former President Donald Trump appears to be racking up victories, calls are growing for Nikki Haley to withdraw from the presidential primary race.

On Tuesday, 15 states voted in their primaries: Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Maine, Massachusetts, Minnesota, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont and Virginia. As of 9:30 p.m. ET, Trump had won Colorado, Texas, Arkansas, Massachusetts, Arkansas, Alabama, Oklahoma, Tennessee and Maine.

Haley has so far won one Republican primary in the swamps of Washington, D.C., and as Trump looks set to continue his winning streak, calls for Haley to withdraw from the race are growing.

The title of an editorial published in The Hill was “Super Tuesday ends Nikki Haley’s campaign. Will she accept it?” Regarding Super Tuesday, “The outcome is already abundantly clear.” Donald Donald Trump won and Nikki Haley lost.”

The Hill reported:

Super Tuesday is almost over. They’re still counting votes in several western states, but the results are already abundantly clear, with voters having their say from Virginia to Oklahoma and Maine to Texas. Donald Trump won and Nikki Haley lost.

There is no gray area, no silver lining. Trump’s victory was widely expected. Now the question is, how long will it take Haley to accept reality and drop out?

Haley had a dream of becoming president. Now it’s time to wake up from that dream. That won’t happen in 2024. Her Tuesday result doesn’t really seal the deal for her, as she lacked momentum and shot. No poll has ever shown her with a majority of support among Republicans. But it should be her last chance to exit gracefully.

In sports, you play to the end, no matter the score, until time runs out or until the last out. This sports analogy doesn’t apply to politics. In politics, it’s useful to know that you’ve been beaten. Dropping out at the right time is the key to winning again later.

Laura Ingraham also said that Nikki Haley is over.
