The bill would transfer $423.3 million from the state’s General Fund to the Capital Improvement Fund to construct a new engineering building at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and renovate dormitories and system-wide heating and cooling equipment at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. , authorizing a $110.2 million loan to fund demolition work. .
