The battle between the Knicks and 76ers got tough in the final minutes, when Donte DiVincenzo grabbed Kelly Oubre’s leg under the basket and tried to tackle him.
DiVincenzo drove the baseline and Oubre hit him from behind and appeared to fall, but the Knicks trailed 70-63 with 4:04 left in the game Sunday night at Madison Square Garden. There was no judgment because he was in the lead.
The Knicks guard then grabbed the bottom of Oubre’s leg and Isaiah Hartenstein came in and finished the job by forcing the 76ers winger to the ground.

Members of both teams had to be separated after Philadelphia’s Paul Reed nudged Hartenstein on the back.
DiVincenzo, Hartenstein and Reed were all assessed technical fouls, and the 76ers’ next free throw was missed by Tobias Harris, giving the Knicks possession.
The 76ers won the game 79-93.
