That’s why we need to keep these erratic and dangerous predators out of our country and protect our communities. That’s why we need to pass this common sense law.”
Buchanan’s press release points to several recent sex crimes allegedly committed by illegal immigrants.
“Last month, an illegal alien named Santo Felix Cruz Ramos was arrested in Buchanan’s backyard in Inglewood, Florida, for raping a woman in a hotel room. In January of this year, Pierre Lecard… Another illegal alien named Emily was arrested for raping a developmentally disabled person in Boston, Massachusetts. Emily originally entered our country through the southern border and was previously arrested on rape charges, but was later brought to trial. He was released by the authorities.”
Donald wrote in a statement: X “Americans are enduring the dangerous consequences of Biden’s open borders crime wave across the country. I support @VernBuchanan to support deportation of illegal aliens convicted of sexual assault. I guarantee you that these shocking and avoidable crimes must end.”
Issa said the proposed bill is “a real solution to detain and remove illegal immigrants who commit sex crimes and prevent them from entering the country in the future.”
“Biden’s open borders not only makes a mockery of our nation’s laws, it also makes far too many innocent Americans the tragic victims. (including looters with criminal charges) are inflicting unimaginable suffering, and it’s time to fight back,” Issa said.
Approximately 8.7 million immigrants have entered the country illegally since President Biden took office. An additional 1.8 million illegal immigrants are designated as “fugitives” who were not apprehended by Border Patrol before entering the United States.
