The women’s 2024 NCAA Tournament begins with First Four games on Wednesday, March 20th and continues through the Final Four and National Championships scheduled for April 5th and 7th. This year’s women’s Final Four will be held at Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse in Cleveland. ,Ohio.
The women’s rankings will be announced on Selection Sunday, which will be broadcast on ESPN on March 17th at 8pm ET.
The first and second rounds of the NCAA Tournament will be held at school sites, with the Sweet 16 and Elite Eight rounds taking place in Portland, Oregon and Albany, New York.
Last year, LSU defeated Iowa to win the national championship. There are a lot of teams this year that could make it to the tournament. South Carolina opens the season undefeated, while LSU and Iowa State teams look talented and ready to compete this season. And we can’t forget Stanford and USC in the Pac-12. The University of South Carolina enters as the favorite, but we know anything can happen come March.
