Former Democratic National Committee Chairman Howard Dean said Wednesday on MSNBC’s “The Beat” that President Joe Biden will win the presidential election “pretty easily.”
Dean said, “The problem for him will be the numbers you showed earlier in the show: 20 people will actually take the time to vote in the Republican primary after Trump has already secured the nomination.” %,” he said. I can’t bring myself to vote for Trump. ”
He added, “That’s ultimately going to be President Trump’s downfall. I still believe Biden will win this pretty easily. That’s in the Republican primary, where Nikki Haley currently has no chance. I think it’s because all the people voting for Nikki Haley are people who can’t vote for Donald Trump. They’ll either stay home or vote for Biden. As the election approaches , I think they decide they have to vote for Biden. Not voting for anyone would be voting for Trump.”
Dean concluded. “The bloodshed was a catastrophe. There are a lot of patriotic conservatives in this country. They would not under any circumstances want to support a president who makes such statements.”
