Rapper Diddy’s sons briefly returned to his Los Angeles mansion to retrieve their belongings, just hours after they were handcuffed and removed from the mansion during a raid by federal agents.
Justin and King Combs were seen leaving their father’s home in Beverly Hills separately late Monday night, leaving the property and traveling to an unknown location. According to TMZ.
The newspaper said the brothers didn’t spend much time at the house, with Justin arriving around 10:30 p.m. and his younger brother showing up a few hours later.
Justin, 30, and King, 25, were handcuffed earlier in the day as Homeland Security agents swept through the residence.
However, sources tell TMZ that the son was not arrested, nor was his father, Diddy, whose legal name is Sean Combs.
The rapper’s whereabouts are also currently unknown. His private jet’s last known location was the Caribbean island of Antigua, where he arrived on Monday morning.
Homeland Security officials also searched his property in Miami on Monday.
Boxes and bags containing evidence were seen being loaded into a van at the home.
Law enforcement officials told the Post that the 54-year-old’s properties in New York and Chicago will be attacked next because he moved because federal authorities wanted to seize his cellphone and computer. He said it would be.
According to TMZ, his homes in California and Florida were left with almost nothing left.
The raids in California and Florida were led by the Department of Homeland Security’s Human Trafficking Task Force on search warrants issued by the Southern District of New York, officials told the Post.
“Early today, Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) New York, with assistance from HSI Los Angeles, HSI Miami, and local law enforcement partners, conducted a law enforcement action as part of an ongoing investigation. We will provide it as soon as it becomes available,” HSI told the Post.
New York prosecutors have questioned at least four anonymous individuals regarding sex trafficking charges against the rapper. A source told Rolling Stone.
Firearms and drug charges are also being investigated. NBC News reported..
Sean was sued last year by his ex-girlfriend, Cassandra Ventura, who alleges years of sexual abuse. They settled the lawsuit hours after she filed hers.
However, the rapper has been hit with further lawsuits alleging sexual abuse in recent months.
Sean denies all charges.
