The University Huskies dominated March Madness last year and have pretty much done the same this year.
UW won its fifth national title last year, winning each of its six games by at least 13 points.
They are more than halfway through their winning streak, defeating opponents by 39, 17 and 30 points in the first three games of this year’s tournament. They also held the lead in a 75-58 victory over No. 8 Northwestern. Up to 30 pieces.

In their last nine March Madness games, they have won by an average margin of 28.9 points, which explains why they are the highest-ranked team in the tournament.
The Huskies will play No. 3 Illinois on Saturday with a chance to advance to the Final Four and enter the game as the 8.5-point favorite to win the championship.
They are 34-3 this season, and Big East rival St. John’s head coach Rick Pitino expects a repeat.
“I don’t see any weaknesses,” Pitino said. new york post. “They have to have an off shooting night, but you have to have a great shooting night to beat them.”

“It’s going to take a special performance,” he added of the Illini’s potential victory. “They can play in so many different ways. [Cam] Spencer is a snake head. Because he’s always on the move, always making passes that lead to great shots, and always getting those key offensive rebounds.But then you got [Tristen] newton and [Stephon] castle and [Donovan] who is klingan [projected] First-round draft selections, and they’re all great in their own right.
“Then they introduce a backup center [Samson Johnson] who is as good [backup] He’s a center, like in college basketball, and he’s playing great.then you have [Alex] Karavan and the rest of the players are taken off the bench. They are a deadly basketball team. ”
St. John’s was eliminated from the tournament despite being ranked No. 25 in the KenPom rankings. This was the highest rating of any team that missed the tournament. They lost to UConn 95-90 in the Big East tournament semifinals.
A win would mark the seventh time UConn has advanced to the Final Four and the first time it has advanced two years in a row. This will be their 13th appearance in the Elite Eight, but they haven’t made back-to-back appearances since 1998 and 1999.
