Grisly discovery in Westchester park could hold clues to old shooting

The tragic discovery of a skeletal corpse in a Westchester County park could help answer lingering questions about last year’s mass shooting in Connecticut, according to a report.

Greenburgh police on March 21 found a body in Lambruck Park near the car where a man was left in critical condition after a June 15 daylight shooting in New Haven, Connecticut. lohud.com reported.

Police say skeletal remains found at Lambruck Park in Greenburgh may be connected to a mass shooting in Connecticut in 2023.

The report said a gun was also found near the skeleton, but it was unclear whether it was related to the person’s death or the 2023 shooting.

However, the car matches the description of the suspect’s car in the 2023 shooting.
