‘Sister Wives’ star Janelle Brown admits she’s struggling with son’s suicide death

Janelle Brown has admitted that she is struggling with the loss of her son Garrison Brown, who died by suicide earlier this month.

Brown, the son of Janelle Brown and Kody Brown of the TLC reality show “Sister Wives,” died on March 5 at his home in Arizona. He passed away at the age of 25.

“It’s been hard getting my brain to work properly again,” Janelle wrote on Instagram. “I am so grateful for the outpouring of love and support over the past three weeks. The support has been overwhelming. I am honored.”

She added, “So many of you have shared stories of your loved ones. So many of you have written your thoughts and prayers. Thank you so much.” Ta.

Janelle said her son received special recognition during the commemoration. “Ms. Garrison was honored by her family and National Guard units at a celebration of her life last Sunday,” she wrote.

“I’m sure he would have been happy. It was a great moment for us.”

Authorities discovered the body after meeting with Brown’s brother, Gabriel, at the residence after receiving a report of a death in the residence on Tuesday, March 5.

“It is with great sadness that we can confirm that Robert Garrison Brown was found in his home, dead from an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound,” Flagstaff Police Department Sergeant JL Rintala told FOX News Digital. ” he said.

Rintala added: “There is no indication of criminal activity at this time and detectives from the Criminal Investigation Division are conducting the investigation.”

Janelle and Kody released a joint statement on Instagram announcing the death of their “beautiful boy.”

“Cody and I are so sad to announce the passing of our beautiful son Robert Garrison Brown,” they wrote. “He was a shining light in the lives of all who knew him. His loss will leave a breathtakingly large hole in our lives. Please respect our privacy and share in his memory.” Please join us.”

“Sister Wives” first aired in 2010 and chronicled the Brown family as they navigated a multi-family lifestyle. The Brown family originally lived in Utah, but like the United States, Mormon-majority states have strict laws against bigamy, but they fled to Nevada to start a new life.

Kody had four wives, Meri, Janelle, Christine, and Robyn, and a total of 18 children. Christine and Kody separated two years ago, but she has since remarried. Janelle and Kody will separate in December 2022.

The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints abandoned polygamy in 1890 and still strictly prohibits it. The Browns consider themselves Mormon fundamentalists.
