Transgender athlete CeCe Telfer, who competes in the women’s competition, declared on Monday that former British Olympic medal winner Sharon Davies is “simply cheating”.
Her comments come as Telfer became the first openly transgender athlete to win an NCAA title in 2019 and won the Women’s Invitational 60-meter hurdles in Boston in February. It was announced after the appearance.
daily mail report He had qualified for the finals by finishing fifth in the qualifying race, but was told he would be disqualified in the deciding race.
A photo of Telfer posted on social media prompted Davis’ reaction.
Telfer also posted a video of himself preparing for the race, in which the sprinter can be seen jumping up and down and loosening his joints while standing on the starting blocks.

Davis, a swimmer who won a silver medal in the 400m medley at the 1980 Moscow Olympics, is one of several former athletes challenging trans athletes to participate in women’s sports.
For her efforts, the 61-year-old has faced backlash from transgender activists, and her children’s school has reportedly been targeted in response.
As Breitbart News reported, Davis previously called Nike’s decision to partner with trans activist Dylan Mulvaney to model sports bras and leggings for women as “heartbreaking for women.” He was denying it.
Davis said Mulvaney’s portrayal of women in the ad appeared to be a “parody.”
“Before, it was always considered an insult to say, ‘Run like a girl.’ And here you have people acting in very unsporting, very unathletic ways.
“And it’s so upsetting that they would do something like this when only 1% of America’s sponsorship money goes to actual women in sports.”
