Country Star Morgan Wallen Arrested on Three Felony Charges in Nashville

Country music star Morgan Wallen was arrested on three felonies after allegedly throwing a chair off the roof of a Nashville bar late Sunday night.

According to the 30-year-old singer’s arrest report, several Nashville Metropolitan Police Department officers were standing in front of Chief’s Bar on Broadway when a chair fell from above them.

A piece of flying furniture hits the ground just meters away from where they were standing, NewsChannelFive Nashville report.

Bar staff say Warren was responsible for throwing a chair from the sixth floor of the bar, according to the arrest report.

According to the arrest report, officers were able to view a video that showed Warren “lunging and throwing an object onto the roof.” Witnesses told officers that Warren then laughed.

He was booked in just after 12:30am.

Warren’s bail was set at $15,250 and he was seen protected by an umbrella as he was released from the Davidson County Jail around 3:30 a.m.

“At 10:53 p.m. Sunday, Morgan Wallen was arrested in downtown Nashville on suspicion of reckless endangerment and disorderly conduct,” his attorney Warrick Robinson said in a statement obtained. report by daily mail. “He is fully cooperating with authorities.”

The hitmaker will perform at Nashville’s Nissan Stadium from May 2nd to May 4th as part of his “One Night at a Time” tour.
