Elmore County police on Thursday upgraded existing charges against Wynonna Judd’s daughter to include “pimping for prostitution.”
Grace Kelly had already been charged with lewd acts and obstruction of government business after her April 5 arrest. The 27-year-old allegedly exposed her breasts and lower body near the busy intersection of Alabama State Route 65 and Highway 14. She then sat on the side of the road and refused to cooperate with police at the scene, according to court documents, according to local news outlets. WSMV-4. Kelley’s bail was increased from $1,000 to $2,000 and he remains in jail, according to the last police record posted.

She reportedly refused to identify herself when police arrested her.
Kelly was booked into the Elmore County Jail on April 5 at 5:05 p.m., but Judd has not made a public statement regarding this personal matter with his daughter.

Judd’s daughter has been in legal trouble dating back to 2016, including an arrest for possession of methamphetamine. Kelly was remanded in custody on suspicion of violating his probation on drug-related charges. Her charges include “manufacturing, selling, and distributing methamphetamine and prematurely terminating a court-ordered drug recovery program,” according to WSMV 4.

Mr. Kelly is scheduled to appear in court on the latest charges on April 25.
