Articles of impeachment against Mayorkas To tell:

During his tenure as Secretary of Homeland Security, Alejandro N. Mayorkas has repeatedly violated laws enacted by Congress regarding immigration and border security. Largely because of his illegal actions, millions of aliens illegally enter the United States each year, and many remain in the country illegally. His refusal to abide by the law not only violates the U.S. Constitution’s separation of powers, but also threatens national security and has a disastrous impact on communities across the country. His deliberate and systematic refusal to abide by the law has led to unprecedented levels of illegal immigration, increased control of the Southwest border by drug cartels, and enormous costs to states and localities affected by the influx of drugs. Despite clear evidence that he is significantly contributing to the burden of the United States, the alien, Alejandro N. Mayorkas, continues to refuse to comply with the law, thereby committing acts that significantly undermine the interests of the United States.

Mayorkas has previously explained that he is pro-immigrant because his parents were immigrants, that he sympathizes with immigrants and supports “fairness” between American citizens and foreign immigrants.

Despite Mr. Mayorkas’ support and sympathy for foreign immigrants, Americans still face the following problems: costthe number of long-term so-called “temporary” workers in the United States is undisclosed and increasing, as is the impact of increased immigration on the American education system.

Report from the Federation for American Immigration Reform (FAIR) March 2023 The millions of illegal immigrants currently residing in the United States cost American taxpayers more than $150 billion annually.
