I know that tens of millions of Americans think Joe Biden is a “good guy” in contrast to Donald Trump, a loudmouth bully and alleged reincarnation of Adolf Hitler. This really bothers me.
I’m not a Trump fanatic by any means, as I find Trump’s speaking style and name-calling annoying. But I don’t think Mr. Trump sounds more malicious, dishonest, or malicious than Mr. Biden. Whether it’s hurling obscenities, accusing opponents of being terrorists and wanting to put black people “back in chains,” or asserting to us that “Trump hates Latinos.” Even with that, Biden seems to be a troublesome piece.
Biden’s supporters do not deny his deceptions or offensive rants. They just don’t know themselves.
But what’s more interesting is why Biden’s foul-mouthed rants are so well received by so many people. And no matter how badly he has failed, the widespread sympathy for this politician should not be underestimated.according to recent Gallup poll, Biden’s approval rating among Americans is 57%, down only 4 points from his record high of 61%. Trump is considered less “incompetent,” but his favorability rating does not exceed 37%.
Even more surprising is that Gallup poll program Biden beat Trump by 6 points on the question of “consideration for people like you.” Given that the border is eroding, the economy is expanding, and Biden regularly criticizes white people in general and Republican voters in particular, why do I think he cares about ordinary people? A credible explanation for this disparity in favorability and empathy is that legacy media has contributed significantly to building Biden’s public image. It accomplished this even during the downfall of his presidency.

My own favorite falsehood is his attack on Justice Samuel Alito, who at the time was being pursued by the Senate before being confirmed to the Supreme Court. Biden was strongly considering filibustering Alito for, among other things, the following outrages: Oppose racial and gender quotas. He reminded the candidates that they were both Catholics, and that their religious ties would likely have prevented them from gaining admission to the prestigious law school.
In fact, Alito graduated from Harvard Law School, while Joe barely managed to get into Syracuse University Law School with help from close family members. Despite Biden’s ridiculous boasts about his academic excellence, according to the New Republic, a largely unfriendly source, he was often in the position of: dropout of his law class.
