Indiana fever includes Caitlin Clark fever.
On April 15, the team selected the high-scoring 22-year-old with the first pick of the WNBA draft. Last season, the team finished last in the league’s Eastern Conference with a record of 13 wins and 27 losses.
Clark hopes to turn things around this season, along with star players like 2023 Rookie of the Year Aliyah Boston, Nalyssa Smith and Kelsey Mitchell.
“Our goal is to get back to our championship habits,” Clark said. “We have a lot of young talent on our team, so certainly the goal is to try our best to get back to the playoffs and win a lot of basketball games.”

2024 WNBA Draft
After Clark was drafted No. 1 by the Brooklyn Academy of Music, Cameron Brink of Stanford University was drafted No. 2 by the Los Angeles Sparks.
Rounding out the top five were Camila Cardoso (Chicago Sky), Rikea Jackson (Los Angeles Sparks) and Jaycee Sheldon (Dallas Wings).
Standout forward Angel Reese was selected seventh overall by the Chicago Sky.
If you want to see Clark and Reese go head-to-head again, they are scheduled to do so on June 1st and June 16th at Gainbridge Fieldhouse in Indiana.
In the windy city? They will play at Chicago’s Wintrust Arena on June 23 and August 30.
