Cardinals fans can’t buy Mavin Harrison Jr jersey just yet because of licensing issue

arizona cardinals Fans won’t be able to buy a Mayvin Harrison Jr. jersey any time soon.

The Cardinals drafted Ohio Harrison became a star Thursday night with the No. 4 overall pick in the 2024 NFL Draft, but hours before his name was called on stage, it was reported that Harrison had not signed the NFLPA’s interim license agreement.

according to to ESPN, The deal allows him to monetize his name and likeness after being drafted but before he officially signs an NFL contract.

The most immediate impact of this was that fans were able to purchase Harrison’s jersey on Thursday.

Harrison caught 67 passes for 1,211 yards and 14 touchdowns in his final season with the Buckeyes.He joins the Cardinals as a top quarterback target. Kyler Murray.

“Kyler is great,” Harrison said. “If you look at his record in high school, he’s always winning, and that’s the kind of player I want to play with. He’s a really dynamic quarterback. I’m going to come in there and make his job easier. I just want to.”
