The truck driver, 38-year-old Robert Marcoux, faces several charges, including driving under the influence and endangering public safety, according to Fox News. The truck crashed through a Chevrolet sign and nearly collided with a parked SUV carrying a woman and her baby. According to the newspaper, the truck crashed through a fence and into the lot of a nearby convenience store. Despite significant property damage, no one was injured. The ice cream stand was originally scheduled to open that day, but weather and other factors forced the opening to be postponed, but owner Murray now considers the delay a blessing in disguise.

The owner of the ice cream stand also expressed gratitude that the mother and baby in the SUV were unharmed in the incident.
“As I was leaving after training new employees, I noticed cars parked.According to FOX News, they thought we were open for business and might just be staying to chat. I came in thinking it wasn’t there,” Murray said. “When I went back and saw the surveillance video, I thought, ‘Oh my god!'” They were here and she had the toddler on her lap when the incident happened. ”
