The Mets’ pitching has been a big surprise so far with how good it is.

They entered the season with the biggest question mark on their pitching staff. So far, the batting staff has not been able to fulfill their role.

One person who bears some responsibility for the Queen’s staff’s success is pitching coach Jeremy Hefner.

He appeared on the podcast “The Show” with Joel Sherman and Jon Heyman this week.
