To avoid the death penalty, Presdy, 41, pleaded guilty to three counts of first-degree murder and 19 counts of attempted murder. But because a Butler County judge sentenced her murderous nurse to three life sentences for the three confirmed murders and consecutive sentences of 380 to 760 years for the other attempted murders. , she ends up dying in prison.

In court, Presdy’s defense attorney, Phil DiLucente, tried to humanize the murderous nurse.

“We will never forgive her for what she did. We are angry and hurt that she pretended to be a caring nurse,” said Elizabeth Simmons Ozella, daughter of victim Eileen Simmons.
Ozella continued, “She took someone off this earth that she had no right to take. And when she had no right to do so, she played God.”
