Reese Witherspoon and her daughter Ava Phillippe not only look alike, but they also display the same ability to stand up for what they believe in.
Phillippe, 24, with whom Witherspoon lives with ex-husband Ryan Phillippe, confronted her opponents head-on with some sharp words. TikTok videos. She slammed users who commented on her weight.
The video begins with Philip standing in the bathroom in front of a mirror as No Doubt’s ‘Just a Girl’ plays. “Just a heads up, I just achieved a huge milestone as a woman online,” interjected text read on the screen. “I saw two strangers commenting on my body.”

“The first one said I was too fat and I should ride Ozempic…the second one accused me of starving because I was too skinny…the period between their comments, My weight hasn’t changed (and it won’t) (and if it does, I’ll blame them for their business!),” the text continued, with Philip applying red lipstick.
As Philip rolls his eyes and drags lipstick down his face, the text reads, “What a bull–” Then she steps out of the camera frame.
“No one deserves to be discriminated against because of their appearance. We don’t always know what someone is going through or suffering from,” the message reads. “But no matter who you are…your beauty goes beyond such superficial measures.”

“Pretty is cute, babes…and body shaming is just toxic,” she captioned the post, adding emojis and the hashtag #loveyouasyouare.
She added: “(P.S.) I wrote ‘women’ because I see this kind of thing happening disproportionately to young girls and women, but just to be clear: Body shaming is harmful no matter who you are. We all have the right to feel safe and secure. Peace to the ships we live on. )”

The same day, Philippe posted an additional video aimed at people who take issue with his tattoos. Using her popular TikTok sound to emphasize the importance of not caring what others think of you, she takes off her sunglasses and shrugs her shoulders.
“When strangers online say they hate my tattoos,” she wrote in the caption. “#wronggirl#sorry, I’m sorry.”
