KJP: Biden NOT Playing “Both Sides” Pro-Palestinian Protests

The Biden administration is doing its best to play both sides of the debate when it comes to pro-Hamas protests at universities, and it hasn’t gone unnoticed.

When White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre was pressed about the issue by Fox News’ Peter Doocy, it was clear she didn’t know how to respond.

“I know President Biden has been very vocal about anti-Semitism in the past, but not this week. He’s MIA. He’s not that worried about losing the youth vote to the protesters. ” Doocy asked.

“I’ll speak more broadly. I can’t speak to young people, supporters, voters, and that’s not what I can do from here,” Jean-Pierre responded.

“The president has taken a number of policy actions here, many of which he knows young people care about, and many of those actions are popular with young people,” she continued. , noted that the president was offering young people a “breather.” room” regarding student loans.

She then went on to ramble about the climate crisis, which of course also had nothing to do with Doocy’s original question.

Asked if Biden was playing both sides, she said, “No, he’s not playing both sides.”

Pat Gray didn’t buy it for a second.

“You’re going to continue to lie and not answer questions. That’s what you’re going to continue to do,” Gray says, annoyed.
