Rosanna Scott, owner of Fresco by Scott in the heart of Manhattan; “Good Day New York” Ahead of Mother’s Day this year, I shared some of my favorite recipes with Fox News Digital.

Delicious dishes can be prepared for special gatherings and occasions at any time of the year.

“My family and I love deviled eggs because they’re easy to make and can be prepared ahead of time,” she told Fox News Digital in an email.

Here are her recipes that you can make and enjoy anytime.

Rosanna Scott’s Old Fashioned Deviled Eggs

material

6 boiled eggs

1/2 cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons sour cream

Dijon mustard 1/2 teaspoon

4 pieces of bacon, cooked crispy

1/4 cup thinly sliced ​​fresh chives

1. Cut the eggs in half lengthwise.

Remove the yolks, put them in a bowl and mash them with a fork.

Add mayonnaise, sour cream and mustard and mix until smooth.

Season with salt and pepper.

2. Place in a piping bag and pipe half of the egg whites.
