A New Hampshire teenager has been arrested after allegedly tipping over a porta potty with a woman and her 4-year-old daughter inside, police said. His mother and daughter were trapped in a portable toilet with “feces and body fluids.”
Aiden Studer allegedly got into an argument with his mother near the entrance bathroom at Derryfield Park in Manchester, New Hampshire, on Wednesday.
The woman went inside the portable toilet to help her daughter, but then an 18-year-old boy allegedly pushed the porta potty from behind. The door wouldn’t open on the sidewalk and someone pushed it from behind, trapping the mother and daughter inside.
This was announced by the Manchester Police Department. statement The two were “covered in feces and body fluids,” police said.
According to police, concerned people rushed to the collapsed toilet and propped it up to free the two men.
The mother and daughter were not injured in the incident.
Manchester police said the woman and the suspect did not know each other before the crime.
Studer was arrested and charged with two counts of criminal restraint and criminal mischief. He was also charged with simple assault on a police officer after he allegedly threw something at one of the officers at the chaotic scene.
