Rep. Bob Good (R-Va.) said he joined fellow Republicans in a hush money trial against former President Trump in New York City because of the gag order he has in place.
“And they have a gag order against him,” Good said on FOX Business’ “Varney & Company.” Friday. “That’s why we went there. It’s so we can have a say…We’re not allowing this corrupt judge to have a say.”
Goode, along with Representatives Matt Gaetz (Florida), Lauren Boebert (Colorado), Andy Biggs (Arizona), and Mike Walz (Florida), spoke to President Trump on Thursday. “This judge seems to understand all the high-profile conservative cases,” Good continued in an interview on FOX Business. “And his own daughter is raising tens of millions of dollars for Democrats in this very case.”
Marchan’s daughter, Lauren, was an executive at a progressive political consulting firm that has worked for Democrats, including President Biden and Vice President Harris.
