Richard Childress Promises Ricky Stenhouse Jr. Will Receive a ‘Rough A** Beating’ if He Wrecks His Car

The battle of words that followed the fist fight between Kyle Busch and Ricky Stenhouse Jr. has now reached ownership levels.

During an event at his winery in Lexington, North Carolina, Richard Childress, owner of Richard Childress Racing, home of Kyle Busch and his No. 8 car, said that if Ricky Stenhouse Jr. followed through on his threats, He said if he complied, he would destroy his car. He plans to work on his body in the No. 8 car at Charlotte.

“I don’t fight as fair as I used to. I’m a little older,” Ms. Childress told reporters. “But Ricky Stenhouse said he was going to wreck the No. 8 car at Charlotte. Well, when I meet him, I’m going to say that even though I’m older, I just changed the way I fight. You will be severely assaulted.”

See you then!

For those who need a reminder, Kyle Busch and Ricky Stenhouse wrecked on the second lap at the NASCAR All-Star Race in North Carolina last weekend. After an all-out race, Busch faced Stenhouse.

If Richard Childress goes after Stenhouse Jr., he might not be the only senior in the fight. Last weekend, Ricky Stenhouse (senior?) jumped in right behind his son and hit Kyle Busch with a bang.

However, Childress seems more interested in the work of the younger Stenhouse. Either way, that race in Charlotte will get a lot more attention than it would have otherwise.
