No one won the estimated $453 million jackpot Friday night, but one player in California won $1 million by hitting all five white balls, and one player in Texas won $3 million by hitting all five white balls and the megaplier.

The next Mega Millions drawing will take place on Tuesday, with players trying to win an estimated $489 million grand prize, which has a cash option of $226.4 million. If there is no grand prize winner on Tuesday, the next jackpot will likely exceed $536 million, which would make it one of the top 10 prizes in the game’s history.
Winners typically choose the cash prize option over the Mega Millions annuity, which is paid as one immediate payment followed by 29 annual payments.
According to the game, the odds of winning the grand prize are 1 in 302,575,350.

The last Mega Millions jackpot was won on March 26, when a New Jersey player matched all six numbers to win $1.13 billion, the fifth-largest jackpot in the game’s history.
A record-breaking $1.602 billion jackpot has been won in Florida on Aug. 8, 2023.
Mega Millions is played in 45 states, Washington DC and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Buying tickets Drawing nights on Tuesdays and Fridays are at 9:45 p.m.
