Shocking video captured by a driver’s dashcam on Friday and shared with FOX 2 Detroit shows the moment an SUV suddenly flipped over in heavy traffic on Interstate 94 in Michigan.
Police said the car’s 26-year-old driver fell asleep while driving in the right lane around 6:30 a.m. Friday. The car then veered onto the shoulder of the road, skidded, then overturned and came to a stop in front of another vehicle, police said. FOX2 Detroit.
The video begins with the dashcam driver traveling west on Interstate 94, passing under an overpass and moving into the far left lane, while an SUV traveling in the right lane begins to steer erratically.
