‘Squad’ member Rashida Tlaib calls Biden ‘enabler’ of genocide at conference linked to terrorist group, CCP

Speaking Sunday at an event attended by at least one member of a designated terrorist organization and funded by the Chinese Communist Party (CCP), Rep. Rashida Tlaib, a member of the “Squad,” slammed President Biden’s response to Israel’s war against Hamas in Gaza and derided him as an “encouragement” of genocide.

The event, called the Palestinian People’s Conference, was held in Detroit over the weekend and featured speakers including Wissam Rafeedi, an activist with ties to the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine (PFLP), which the US has designated a foreign terrorist organization.

The meeting was organized by a left-wing activist group called People’s Forum, which has played a role in organizing several anti-Israel protests since the Oct. 7 Hamas attack that killed at least 1,200 Israelis and took more than 200 hostages from southern Israel to Gaza.

In her speech, Tlaib accused Biden of following the orders of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, calling him a “murderous war criminal.”

“President Biden tells us what’s going on [in Gaza] It’s not genocide. President Biden, where is your red line? This even contradicts what he’s said in the past about international law: [Russian President Vladimir] Putin must be held accountable at the International Criminal Court.”

Tlaib blasted the president and her Democratic colleagues for condemning anti-Israel campus protesters who disrupted classes for a week in protest of the university’s ties to Israel.

“It is shameful and cowardly that the Biden Administration and my colleagues in Congress continue to smear these people who are protesting to save lives, regardless of their faith or ethnicity. But we will not forget come November,” she asserted.

“Tlaib should be removed from Congress,” said Rep. Mike Lawler of New York.

“Associating with or speaking to any entity that receives funding from a US-designated terrorist organization will disqualify you,” Lawler wrote on X.
