Trump Being ‘Found Guilty for Paying Off His Side Hoe Makes Me Wanna Vote for Dat Ni**a Even More’

Popular podcaster DJ Akademiks appeared on X on Thursday and told his 1.6 million followers that former President Donald Trump’s “conviction on 34 felony counts for bribing his mistress” only makes him “more likely to vote for that motherfucker.”

“Donald Trump being convicted on 34 felony counts for bribing his mistress makes me want to vote for that black guy all the more, I’m not gonna lie,” DJ Academic wrote following Thursday’s conviction.

The post quickly went viral, garnering 15,000 reposts, 124,000 likes and 13.6 million views within 24 hours.

In a follow-up post, the podcaster wrote, “Donald Trump will be the first person to be placed under house arrest in the White House.”

Other celebrities had similar reactions to Thursday’s guilty verdict.

Tesla CEO Elon Musk slammed the verdict, saying it was “a huge blow to the public’s faith in our justice system,” adding that “everyone is now at risk when a former president can be convicted for such a trivial matter.”

Meanwhile, NFL Hall of Famer Brian Urlacher voiced his full support for Trump following the verdict, saying, “No matter how many false charges he is convicted of, I will still be voting for him. Trump 2024.”

Sean Maguire, a partner at Sequoia Capital and former Hillary Clinton supporter, donated $300,000 to Trump’s 2024 presidential campaign, writing, “I gave $300,000 to Trump. I’m prepared to lose a friend.” article He wrote a letter explaining the reasons for his donation.

Actor James Woods also wrote, “The Democrats have gone too far in this case. A clear jury instruction and a guilty verdict on some of the charges would have made it more authentic. This is ridiculous.”

Hollywood star Rob Schneider echoed this, slamming “biased” Democrats and calling on Republicans to “retaliate when the Democrats get back in power”.

A number of other prominent figures also weighed in, expressing their disappointment in the recent unprecedented developments involving the US justice system.

As Breitbart News reported, a Manhattan jury found President Trump guilty of 34 counts of falsifying business records in his hush money trial on Thursday.

That would normally be a misdemeanor and the statute of limitations has expired, but District Attorney Alvin Bragg charged the case as a felony, arguing that the alleged falsification of business records was done to cover up a federal crime. Trump has never been convicted of such a crime, and prosecutors did not specify what crimes were committed or have to prove any of those elements.

Trump is currently scheduled to be sentenced in New York on July 11, just four days before the Republican National Convention is scheduled to begin in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, on July 15. Delegates are expected to vote for Trump as the presidential candidate.
