Amid rumors that Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez are headed for divorce, the actor was spotted wearing his wedding ring on the set of “The Accountant 2” on Friday.
The 51-year-old actor was photographed entering an on-set trailer carrying a black tote bag, which he carried in his left hand, which was visibly sporting a metal ring on his ring finger.
The “Deep Water” star looked serious as he spoke by phone while walking into his assigned trailer, wearing jeans and a faded red T-shirt with “Believe in Boston” written on the sleeve.
Affleck has been spotted on the set of the new film multiple times in recent weeks, including on the day Lopez, 54, attended the Los Angeles premiere of her new movie “Atlas” without him.
A few days after the red carpet event, Affleck was photographed arriving on set without his wedding ring.
Less than two weeks ago, a source told Page Six that he was ready to be single again and would “get a divorce on grounds of temporary insanity” if he could.
“He feels the last two years have been just a fever dream and has now come to his senses and realised this is never going to work,” the source further claimed.
Earlier this week, a source told Us Weekly that the “Way Back” star has become “exhausted” and “disinterested” in his marriage.
The outlet also reported in May that Affleck and Lopez “began having problems several months ago as Jen increased her work load and began preparing for her tour.”
But on Friday, the “Dance Again” singer canceled his upcoming tour dates to focus on spending time with loved ones.
“I am truly heartbroken and saddened to have let you all down,” she wrote to fans in her “On the JLo” newsletter. “Please know that I would not do this if I did not feel it was absolutely necessary.”
She concluded, “I promise I will make it up to you all and get back together. I love you all so much. Until next time…”
“Jennifer is taking time off to be with her children, family and close friends,” Live Nation further explained in a subsequent statement.
Lopez was scheduled to begin her “This Is Me… Live” tour at the end of June, following the release of her ninth studio album in February.
Rumors began circulating that all was not well with the couple after Lopez attended the Met Gala alone on May 6.
The couple eloped in Las Vegas in July 2022 and had a formal ceremony in front of friends and family the following month at Affleck’s mansion in Georgia.
Affleck and Lopez’s wedding took place 20 years after they got engaged.
