At Least 16 Shot During Weekend in Mayor Brandon Johnson’s Chicago

At least 16 people were shot in Chicago, run by Democratic Mayor Brandon Johnson, over the weekend, one of them fatally.

ABC7 / Chicago Sun-Times report The man who was shot was 41-year-old and was killed around 7 p.m. on Friday in the 8700 block of South Loomis Street.

The 41-year-old man was approached by two armed assailants who opened fire on him, hitting him with several bullets. The 41-year-old died at the scene.

Breitbart News noted that at least 41 people were shot in Chicago over Memorial Day weekend, nine of whom died from their injuries.
