McCormick condemned the blatant anti-Semitism as “sickening” and called on Sen. Bob Casey (D-Pennsylvania), whose seat he is challenging in November, to “stand up and protect his Jewish voters.”
McCormick blasted Cathy in an exclusive interview with Breitbart News in January, saying she was “weak” on Israel and refused to condemn party members who are hostile to Israel.
“support [is] “There’s a division starting to form within the Democratic Party and we need a leader who will stand up and speak up,” he said.
He also criticized the Biden administration and Casey for being weak on Iran, which supports Hamas, and its proxies that have attacked U.S. forces in Iraq and Syria, and on merchant ships in the Red Sea.
“The Biden administration and Bob Casey are very soft on Iran. Iran’s original sin is where the money comes from.” [from]supporting Hamas, Hezbollah and Islamic Jihad.”
“Casey was one of the decisive votes for the Iran nuclear deal, which ultimately gave Iran the means to support all of these proxy wars,” he added, noting that Biden recently lifted the freeze on billions of dollars intended for Iran in October.
He said the Biden administration has not imposed tough sanctions to stop the flow of Iranian oil to China.
“They are worried that if Israel does what is necessary to destroy Hamas, its support will remain divided. They are worried too,” he said.
Donald Johnson, 33, was one of the protesters at the University of Pittsburgh. photograph Johnson is in custody on charges of “aggravated assault, resisting arrest and obstruction,” but it is unclear whether he is the person who attacked the McCormick supporters. The University of Pittsburgh said Johnson has no affiliation to the school.
