Seven more shocking revelations emerge in Hunter Biden’s gun trial on the third day of proceedings.
The trial is expected to last about two weeks in front of many witnesses and is likely to reveal more damaging information about the dysfunctional Biden family. The trial resumes at 9 a.m. Thursday, when a former gun control official is scheduled to take the stand.
On the third day of the trial it emerged that:
- Hunter’s laptop had not been tampered with, FBI agent and witness Erica Jensen told jurors, undermining long-held claims by Hunter’s associates that the data on the laptop had been “hacked” or “manipulated.”
- His ex-wife, Kathleen Buhl, described Hunter as “angry” and “short-tempered.”
- President Joe Biden is reportedly having trouble focusing on his job because he’s obsessed and worried about his son’s gun trial in Delaware.
- Hunter smoked crack cocaine “every 20 minutes or so,” his ex-girlfriend Zoe Kestan testified. During their two-year relationship from 2017 to 2018, the year the gun incident occurred, the Biden family made millions in overseas business deals.
- Kestan testified that he helped Hunter buy drugs.

Hunter is charged with one count of making a false statement regarding the purchase of a firearm, one count of possession of a firearm by an unlawful user or addict of a controlled substance, and one count of making a false statement regarding information required to be kept by a federally licensed firearms dealer.
Hunter was using crack cocaine when he bought the gun, according to many of the photos he left on his abandoned laptop. The gun was found discarded in a public trash can next to the school. The Secret Service is reportedly involved in the investigation.
